Managing

A fellow wedding and event professional working on your behalf, implementing the same high standards of customer service; working whole-heartedly with your Client to ensure their milestone event is one to remember.

Assisting

Supporting a Lead Planner with the multiple tasks at hand when coordinating a complex event. From overseeing a ceremony whilst you manage the set-up of the reception, to coordinating guest transport between venues. A helpful service for when you’re planning a styled shoot as well.

  • A proactive pair of hands to ensure an event runs smoothly
  • Industry knowledge and experience helping to eliminate event day stresses
£35 PER HOUR

Virtual Assistance

If you have event planning admin coming out of your ears, I offer remote support to help share the load.

Working wonderfully in parallel with my assisting service, it helps me to learn more about the Client and the event I’ll be working on with you ahead of the event date itself.

Tasks I can support you with include (but are not limited to):  

  • Budget work
  • Filling out function sheets
  • Seating plan creation
  • Blog writing
  • Social media management
  • Email correspondence
£25 PER HOUR*

*Out-of-hours/last-minute tasks required within 24 hours are charged at £30 per hour
